Thought for today: Vision – Man what a big word that encompasses so many things and avenues that lay in front of every believer, the more I have been seeking God for mine…He keeps speaking back to me focus… and I looked over to the right of fb this morning and on my page there is a camera with a person’s hand around the lens turning it bringing it into focus… I think it is kinda like this, if you have ever used and SLR camera manually then you can take a picture and have a person standing in the middle and blur them out and it take a picture of the whole vision… Yet if you want to key in on the Person then you have to adjust the lens or focus it in order to bring everything into balance. Habakkuk 2: 2And the Lord answered me, and said, Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it. 3For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry. 4Behold, his soul which is lifted up is not upright in him: but the just shall live by his faith. I have been meditating on this scripture daily and looking at it and pondering the things of God for my life daily…And those are good things to do… I love the end of vs. 4 “but the just shall live by his faith…” Faith in the vision for my life? No, Faith in the giver of the vision Father God. Going back to my analogy of the camera, we are the hands that wrap around the lens and the eye that looks through the lens, God is the Camera and the Lens, the Picture that we are trying to take is the landscape and person, it is the vision. God allows us to look through His camera and we have to do the work of bringing the picture or vision into focus, we have to trust in the instrument we are using(the Word) and when we see things out of focus, it doen’t mean it is not a part of the vision or picture, but that “3For the vision is yet for an appointed time,” and as we progress in the focused things that God has for us right now, in time as we get more and more experience with Camera the instrument( the Word of God), we become more and more confident of what we are taking and doing for the Lord…. Though it wait…it shall speak and not lie…wait for it… I love it… God says it is okay to wait on him… 2 Chronicles 7:14 “they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength…” Sometimes God brings things together and what He is teaching me is this, as we pray together, we are waiting upon His timing… It does not mean we abandon the Vision, it means we simply learn to wait…something most of us are not good at…lol So if your picture(Vision) is a little blurry, don’t chuck it and get discouraged, wait upon God, put your hand to the lens and pray like never before…I can tell you this don’t expect a good picture if you don’t look through the lens(the word), Paul said I press toward the mark…. It is an action statement that he is saying I must keep my eye on it to arrive there. Each day is a training experience for us as we go through the manuel for the camera on how to use the instrument correctly…Paul told timothy in 2 Timothy 2:15 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. Our Picture(Vision) should be approved by God or Pleasing to God, being a cameraman that needeth not be ashamed of his or her work, but having rightly interpreted God’s word wherein lies our Vision… And it brings all things into balance and makes them grow beyond measure, bringing forth a Harvest for the Master…. I hope this blesses you and challenges you as it has been me… Have a tremendous day in the Lord…Focus right where you are at today and let God work in and through you…!!!

Thought for today; Mark 6: 34And Jesus, when he came out, saw much people, and was moved with compassion toward them, because they were as sheep not having a shepherd: and he began to teach them many things. 34. When Jesus arrived, he saw this huge crowd. At the sight of them, his heart broke—like sheep with no shepherd they were. He went right to work teaching them.
Something here caught the Master’s attention, He as he looked out over the people. Sometimes we think that the Lord does not even notice us, but, that is just a lie that the enemy likes to use against us. Why are you even here, he’ll be too busy to minister to you anyways, go do your own thing, you know He’s a busy man…. We have to come to that place of, No, He is my God and if He see’s a sparrow fall and know the count of hairs on my head, I know He will stop. When I read this, it came to my remembrance of what I seen one day while taking a drive, and seen sheep on a hillside, and they were scattered pretty far apart …that is what Jesus must have seen… They were totally open for an attack from a predator. They were separated from each other… (Almost like a lack of community, or a belonging to someone…) They were off doing their own thing, not thinking of the consequences, and just how deadly that could be. Just at the sight of them he was moved with compassion or His heart broke at what he saw. When you see people that are hurting and separated from one another for whatever the reason, it should move us also. What does the heart of a Shepherd do? Let’s look at some of the things a true shepherd will or should be doing… He will protect his flock against an attack of from predators; His eyes are upon His sheep that he is guarding. He will love His sheep, even to the extent that it would cost him, he will still freely give all that he has. He is willing to make the hard choices that a shepherd has to make with an unruly sheep. He will lead them into the best pastures to graze upon and find the best water for them to drink. He keeps track of them and knows them by their markings or traits, even their personality that makes them unique to him. He provides correction when needed. He watches their health by knowing them intimately. He loves them. And he teaches them by talking to them and bringing comfort and security that he is there. I love what Mark wrote here after Jesus seen these things…Jesus did not pawn off the work on someone else, nope… These were His sheep and it says, “He went right to work…” He could not take another step, He was not going to hope someone else seen what He saw. There was an act of responsibility, “He went right to work…” Work is never easy or they would not call it work… He seen the task ahead of Him and He began to teach them the word. He poured out into them that living water that will never leave one thirsty; He began to feed them for He was the bread of life that all nourishment for the spiritual need is met by. He became intimate with them and their needs. He took His time as precious and as limited as it was, He, “Stopped!” Why? Because He is the personification of Love, that when a need is seen, everything stops till those needs are met. He, “Stopped” for this was His reason for coming… He came to seek and save that which is lost, hurting, despondent, helpless, hopeless those that the world has put distance between themselves and that person… and sometimes even those in the church have put at a distance because they are not like us… So these one’s are those that are scattered along the hillside and Jesus’ heart breaks and He takes time to Love those that people have called unlovable. We truly see the master’s heart in this one scripture…. He wanted them to come into the unity of the faith and realize they are the community of believers that He loves. So if that is you today…. Then the master is saying to you, my heart is broken for you, accept me, and I will give you protection and place you in my family and I the Lord and Master desires to Love on you and teach you….Because I have a plan for you life….and that is to be loved like you are loved by me. Have a great day today and love someone and become a part of the community of Christ Followers….!!!

Thought for today: Found in Luke 8:50 But when Jesus heard it, he answered him, saying, Fear not, believe only, and she shall be made whole. 54 And he put them all out, and took her by the hand and called saying Maid, arise. See also in Matt 9:18-19 22-26 & Mark 5:22-24 35-43. If God is speaking anything to me it is this, “Fear and Unbelief have to go….” end of story. Those are the two key components here that Jesus address.’ And he sends both fear and unbelief out of His presence in that room. Jesus wanted only those, that believed and had faith that he could and would and put doubt under their feet in that room.
Man I struggle with this all the time…we are a nation and people & society that is numbers… from the secular to the church of what success is…
God does not work in our realm for He is supernatural God, nor does He think in our finite mindset…
If we are going to see what God has for us…Our thinking has to change!!! Our thinking is so finite it is not funny… no wonder unbelief creeps in…the Good news is that we can renew our minds daily through the word of God and build faith instead of fear…
What you think about the most is what will be in control of you and your destiny…
If you are thinking about all the what if’s, of what God has called you to do, you will not see the fulfillment of what God has for you…
Unbelief is not of God, for hath light to do with darkness…?
I chose to fill my mind with God’s written covenant to man, there is power in the Word of God!!!
When satan tempted Jesus what did Jesus say, “It is written…” He did not say let’s have a pity party, you’re being tempted, He hit the enemy with the Word of Almighty God…
He did not sit around and wonder what he should say and is it politically correct…
He said “It is written!!!”
When we get the word down in our heart to the point that the things we once did and didn’t seem so bad to us, now repulse us, that is the sign of the refiners fire going in and through us, the dross and impurities are burned out of our lives…
And there will be Great faith, that destroys the former yokes of unbelief and doubt…
Because we will speak to our situation like Jesus did to this girl who was dead…
As He spoke to the Sea and the Wind and Waters obeyed Him… We have to capture and take every thought, no matter how small it is captive, and bring it unto the subjection of Jesus Christ.
The enemy will always try to divert your mission that God has set before you, he will lie and he will try to get you to doubt God and His word to you…
If you minister to just one and one gets saved, is it not worth it? We have to be resolute as Christ Followers…
Is there not a cause David cried out as he took to the battle field that day with Goliath…
he did not wait for Goliath to come to him…
He took massive steps of faith on the run down that hillside under the anointing of the Holy Spirit….
Goliath, I come to you not in my name, But you uncircumcised Philistine I come to you in the Name of the Lord in whom you have defied!
As he released his faith and that rock left the sling, God the Holy Spirit took over and that rock became an anointed rocket and it slammed right into the mark…
I challenge you to change your thinking and let’s take this fight to the enemy, take back what he has stole from us, our loved ones, our children those that are around us, Happiness, Health, Hope, Love, Joy…
We will stand amazed at what God can do when we speak with Authority the word of God by Faith and Believe…
Have a great day!!!

Your Gifting and God’s Grace
Thought for Today: Gifting- Hebrews 12:1 “Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay
aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us.”
So many times we forget that “God uses us through our Gifting,” The reason so many people are either unhappy, unfulfilled or sometimes even confused about where they belong in the Body of Christ can be alot of factors. Sometimes we limit ourselves to our natural
gifting, speaking, and singing, serving ect… the list can really go on and with each person it can be different. I want to encourage you; your spiritual Gifting is much different than natural….
Natural is something you are born with, but, Your Spiritual Gifting is something that God can only do in and
through you…because if you could do it, it wouldn’t be God…
So how do I find my Spiritual Gifting? By getting alone with God is what I would list as the most critical step… What I have found in my life is when I think awe I could never do that, usually that is His still small voice saying to me Ron spend some time with me so I can talk to you….Or sometimes it may be a Pastor or Leader who sees something you don’t or won’t recognize and then the Lord uses them to nudge you and challenge you …
Here is an example, mine, I really struggled with going into the ministry, I had seen too much hurt and was really frightened of it, all I
wanted to do was work and serve God in some way. I was very unfulfilled at that time. But my father seen something in me that I did
not see or maybe I didn’t want to see or even accept. One day he called me and started talking to me and he said “Ronald Wayne God has His hand on your life and I can see His anointing on you, will you come to Susanville and work me as my Youth Pastor….” In my mind & flesh I thought are you kidding me Dad… I could never do what you do, I actually had a hard time talking in front of people …and still to this day unless the anointing is on me I struggle… I can talk your leg off about things in general and love talking to people in general…
Yet, My Father asked me to pray about it…. I sure did not see what my Father was seeing, but when I got alone with God, one night He brought back every word He had spoken to me and I laid there crying, even tho I was really scared, I knew this would have to be God. As I got to Susanville the task were great and tho He was my father, he now became my mentor and had very strict rules and he expected a lot of me, but, he was there for me every step of the way, God using him to help to form and shape my gifting…
I will never forget the youth group was exploding with many young people getting saved and it was doing great. One night my father looked at me and he said “tonight you will be going to Prison….”LOL LOL LOL I thought in my mind, are you nuts, me and convicts… I thought to myself, okay dad, I know you probably thought I would wind up there, but, now you are actually sending me there to minister…? I am not you, I am just a Youth Pastor…. What do I have to offer these men? I know I lived a rough life before I got saved, but, Pastor I really think we should think about this, don’t you? I had started with the excuses, and later that night as I was signing in at the front desk well , I realized he meant what he said…And as that huge steel door slammed behind me and you heard the sound of that lock, snap and then the the one that was in front of you the lock would snap and you were seconds from entering the yard, and that long walk to the Chapel, God gave me two men that would go with me Richard and Richard and to this day one of them I am friends with and he will never know what he has meant in my life. Richard has never heard this story and it’s ending. That night I do not remember which one was with me, but we went together many many times. I did not realize how that night would change my life… As I looked out over that rough crowd, my knees literally shaking, men with mean looking faces, huge muscles, and looks of emptiness in their eyes. I listened to some of the men sing a song called, “My life is like the wind it keeps movin for you Lord…” something inside broke like a river and tears streamed down my face and God spoke to me and said “I have called you to this place…” I thought “Prison…” And as I took the pulpit there was an anointing and I preached on “God’s love.” To this day I have that cassette tape. As I gave the alter call here they came, white, black, red and brown standing in front of a God who loved them, and God saved them.
Little did I know that the one with the longest hair would look me up in I believe 2000. It was now around 2000 and we had just started
registration at our NHCC our school at the Church I pastured in Veneta, Oregon. My secretary Jim came into my office, “Pastor there is a man out here who wants to see you, I know you are really busy, what should I do? He says He is sure He knows you, he thinks…” I turned and said bring him in Jim. In walked the most clean cut man, in a beautiful suit, tho his hands and knuckles bore the signs of being in a gang… I thought do I know this man… we shook hands… You are Pastor Ron he asked, “I am he…” big tears began to well up in his eyes…”you don’t remember do you? “ I softly said no, I am sorry I don’t” You used to preach at the Susanville Medium Security Prison… I said “Yes, many, many, many, years ago, I was a Youth Pastor ” I am James and he said “God’s Love,” I got saved that night Pastor… Now I had
tears streaming down my face.. he rushed to me and threw his arms around me, saying thank you Pastor, thank you for bringing that word from God to me…I got saved that night and my life has drastically changed…he was balling, I have looked high and low for you… I seen your ad for registration in your school and I seen your name…and I had to see if it was you.
I want to enroll all eight of my children in your school and I would like for you to meet them…he went out of my office…tears still streaming down my face, then eight beautiful children and his wife came in and he began to introduce them to me… This is the man that brought the Gospel to daddy one night…I am sorry but I could not hold the tears… Pastor James would be my keynote speaker at our schools first class Graduation and he rocked that Packed house, as He now shared the Gospel from my pulpit … Pastor James church was 6 times larger than
mine, but man he was gifted at reaching the hurting…
Why do I share this story?
God needs you to step into your Gifting and do it with all you have for him, someone is waiting for you to bring them the Gospel in the way that only your Gift can present Jesus to them as Lord and Savior and touch their lives with the Master’s touch… You want fulfillment answer His call, you will never be able to do it on your own but in Him you can do all things….I would have never thought that one message,
one night, one act of obedience, one act trusting God for my Gift would have produced this beautiful story of God’s Grace to a man who the world had thrown away, but, God he saw the potential and the heart and made the way. You will never know who God will touch
through you and sometimes we will never know till heaven, but the call is on, when you feel inadequate, God is more than capable all He needs is you to accept His Gifting in your life….May the God of Grace challenge you today and give you His Peace and may you accpet the challenge to thrust the cycle in deep into the Harvest, Let God use your gifting….!!!

Thought for today: God Accurately Reproduces His Character In You – I know this
may not be the King James version but, please follow with me… This morning in
study this really exploded into my heart as I read it so I reread it in the
message, I believe God wants those that follow our ministry to know that He Desires to reproduce His Character in
them. He desires to have that fellowship and intimate love with you once again…
I do not use this scripture to belittle or make anyone feel less than – quite
the opposite, when this really seeds into your heart, you will see how much the
God of Creation desires to have a relationship with you and heal you… Ephesians4:17-24And so I insist—and God backs
me up on this—that there be no going along with the crowd, the empty-headed,
mindless crowd. They’ve refused for so long to deal with God that they’ve lost
touch not only with God but with reality itself. They can’t think straight
anymore. Feeling no pain, they let themselves go in sexual obsession, addicted
to every sort of perversion.
Going along with the crowd is never a healthy thing for our lives, it is a tool the
enemy uses all the time to lull us into being complacent with God. Empty headed here to me implies that one
cannot make sound decisions and they are easily swayed by the tide of peer
pressure, or even the desire to keep up with someone else. Paul goes on to
write that they have lost touch with God….ever been there?… that is that
feeling of being so far from His presence you cannot feel Him anymore, a
dangerous place to be, yet, God is still there waiting for us to come to our
senses and come home. When we lose touch with God we do lose touch with reality
itself… and then enemy goes into full attack trying to destroy you completely. “They
can’t think straight anymore.” One of the ways the enemy does this is to bind a person with drugs and alcohol. To me
this would denote the why the person cannot think strait…drugs and alcohol so
warp the mind it is not funny, telling an individual that wrong is right and
right is wrong, and they actually believe it…it also brings about a numbness in
one’s life and there are massive holes that began to bring depression and so
one goes to the next step, into the sexual arena trying to fill what only God can
fill and they dig themselves into a deeper pit… but I like what he writes below….
“That is no life for you…”
20-24 But that’s no life for you.
You learned Christ! My assumption is that you have paid careful attention to
him, been well instructed in the truth precisely as we have it in Jesus. Since,
then, we do not have the excuse of ignorance, everything—and I do mean
everything—connected with that old way of life has to go. It’s rotten through
and through. Get rid of it! And then take on an entirely new way of life—a
God-fashioned life, a life renewed from the inside and working itself into your
conduct as God accurately reproduces his character in you.
I got good news for you… it is not too late to run Him…He will be there for you… Like Paul says though we have got
to be willing to get rid of the rotten filth that we have become so accustomed too,
and take on an entirely new way of life…A God led and fed life…not leaning on
the crutches of this world but letting God put His character and His ways into our
lives and being renewed from the inside out…Do not go by feelings!!! You now
walk by faith…and when the enemy comes and says, see I told you He didn’t love
you…RESIST HIM in the Name of JESUS and Through HIS Blood, and satan will have
to flee… Do not give him or his garbage a second thought…rather take your thoughts,
wants and desires captive, Arrest them in Jesus name…be silent, Speak it to
them…YOU – have authority now, the moment you let the Lord back into your life
and asked Him to be Lord of your Life, “old things that left you feeling
powerlessness, have left!!! and All things have become NEW…YOU have power in
Jesus… “I can do all thing through Christ Jesus who strengthens me…” You can
now say; I take that desire to drink captive…I take that lewd thought captive…
I take that immoral thought captive; I take that desire for feelings through
drugs, I take those thoughts of ANGER, CAPTIVE!!! In Jesus name! And I lose my
new character in Christ that reproduces His character in me, because I am free
in Jesus Name!!! Praise God I am FREE and I house His presence in my life, I
can worship Him in Spirit and in Truth….
Pastor Ron Crandall
Thought for today; I am so thankful for God’s Grace that covers my life… Paul so hit on
the nail…Romans 3:23 everyone has sinned and is far away from God’s saving
presence. 24But by the free gift of God’s grace all are put right with him
through Christ Jesus, who sets them free. 25-26 God offered him, so that by his
blood he should become the means by which people’s sins are forgiven through
their faith in him. God did this in order to demonstrate that he is righteous.
In the past he was patient and overlooked people’s sins; but in the present
time he deals with their sins, in order to demonstrate his righteousness. In
this way God shows that he himself is righteous and that he puts right everyone
who believes in Jesus.
Not one of us can stand and say I am perfect, I never drank, never smoked, never went to a
dance, never took drugs and we could go through our lists of never’s…but,
when we would get to the end of our list of never’s, there would be a
opps…”done that…but, it is not major thing, it is so minor it wouldn’t
qualify as sin…” When we try to justify something, usually it is sin for us, if for no one else…. The
definition of “sin” is that which separates us from God.
We sometimes forget the sin of gluttony, the sin of anger, the sin of separation, and there
is a long list of attitudes that we need to remember, will be just as damming
to our soul’s if we do not give them to Jesus and have Him cover them by His
We can come to the point that we are so wrapped up in everything else but the Lord… and
that then becomes our sin of separation from God…We can even be in Church and
yet be so cold it is not funny… We are to love the Lord our God with all our
soul and might… our entire being should taken(smitten) by His love for us,
and not what can He give us, but, rather that burning desire Father God how and
what can I give to you. Revelation 2:4 Nevertheless I have this against you,
that you have left your first love. God’s Grace is for you and for me…”24But by the free gift of God’s
grace…” It is a gift that has already been paid for…All God is waiting on is
for you to reach out and accept what he paid in full for…
If I can encourage you in anything it would be this, “Stop letting the devil tell you
what you are and who you are as a person…!!!” “Start believing and receiving
that Blood bought unmerited favor with God through Jesus and believe what He
has already written in heaven about you and your life….God HAS A PLAN FOR YOU
AND YOUR LIFE…!!!” Why do you think the devil is so busy trying to define you?
Because he knows when it finally seeds in your spirit that you are His (God’s)
child by Grace through the Blood of His Son…You are a threat to his little
kingdom… Satan wants to keep you seeing yourself as you are… God wants you to
see yourself in the light of His word; you are more than an overcomer through
Christ Jesus who saved you! Praise Him
for He is worthy to be praised… Grace….

Notice that I didn’t say “Silly Doctrine“ I said “Silly Doctrinal Issues”.
No Doctrine is silly. In fact ALL doctrinal beliefs are critical as they express many important beliefs of a person, group, ministry or Church. They are what makes the various denominations what they are and it is the shared belief in one set of doctrines over another that draws membership to a particular denomination. In many ways it is like the difference between Democrats and Republicans or Conservatives and Liberals.
What a person thinks, what they believe is critically important and needs to be respected. When in a community sometimes we just need to agree that we disagree. Here at Proclaimers for Christ we believe that if a Doctrinal Statement is grounded in the Word… (that it meets ALL of the following:
- That it is found in the scriptures of the 66 books of the Christian Bible AND
- That it is confirmed by other scripture… AND
- It is Centered in Christ… AND
- it adheres to Christian principles
Then — as Proclaimers for Christ members we need to be tolerant of these differences even if we don’t personally believe that they have it “right”. (remember the commandments)
That does NOT mean that you or anyone should change what they believe. We each need to pray over these differences in doctrinal beliefs as most all of them ARE grounded in the 66 books of the Christian bible and most of them ARE supported by multiple scripture.
BACK to “Silly Denominational Issues”
We understand that some people are taken back for a second when they read this controversial statement. We hope it invokes thought and prayer. So lets study the phrase for a moment.
If you Google ”define issues” Wikipedia is the first to come up. It defines “Issues” as (Noun) ”An important topic or problem for debate or discussion”.
If you Google “define Silly” Dictionary.com comes up first and it defines silly as (Adjective) “Having or showing a lack of common sense or judgment; foolish.”
If we Google “define Doctrinal” Dictionary.com wins again and defines it as (Adjective) ”of, pertaining to, or concerned with doctrine”
So if we tie it all together we get Two adjectives followed by a noun which comes together as a combined definition of…
Having or showing a lack of common sense or judgment; foolish pertaining to, or concerned with doctrine An important topic or problem for debate or discussion.
Wow what a statement!
Before we start to look more closely we have to remember the 2 adjectives and then the noun.
The Noun especially when used in the Plural form Becomes the main subject of the sentence or phrase. see Dictionary.com for noun
(any member of a class of words that are formallydistinguished in many languages, as in English, typically bythe plural and possessive endings and that can function asthe main or only elements of subjects or objects)
Thus in the statement “Silly Doctrinal Issues” it is the word “issues” which becomes the subject or the main point of the statement and the words “Silly” and “Doctrinal” becomes adjectives which help to modify or describe the subject. So we know that “Issues” the what is being refered to as silly and that Doctrinal is a helping describe what kinds of issues are the subject. Had we used “Issue” and “Doctrine” and NOT “Issues” and “Doctrinal” then Doctrine would have become the subject and issue would have NOT been the subject.
Traditional English Language stand that the Phrase ” Silly Doctrinal Issues” can only mean one thing when proper grammar is considered.
When people become foolish and show a lack of common sense by making such an important topic as Denominational Doctrine an issue so great that the debate and discussion over shadows the relationship with their Brother, Sister, Ministries or other Denominations more important than Christ and the Love, Grace and support of our fellow Christians then well They are foolish and the act of doing so is just plain silly.
Why such a controversial statement?
So here at Proclaimers for Christ we use the phrase Christ centered a lot. That is because even though we are fleshly beings and prone to foolishness and silly behavior we need to keep Christ in the center of every thing we do. Proclaimers for Christ Ministry feels that as children of God are re-claimed back into an active relationship with Christ That they have a lot of questions, mis-understandings and confusions about various doctrinal topics. We also feel that most new believers who are on their way to develop their faith will need to glean a solid understanding of these extremely important doctrinal topics as well. So many new believers or non-active Christians get very confused as to why are all of these denominations that call themselves Christ centered Christian believers so different and so adverse to one another. Most other religions don’t seem to have these kinds of internal issues that has caused so many groups to splinter and separate instead of bonding together in love and grace.
Proclaimers for Christ believes that individuals need a place where they can hear all of the positive statements and grounded biblical reasons for each of the doctrinal differences. In such a way that is healthy and Holy Spirit inspired. So that, individuals can Hear, Read, Pray, Study, and Memorize the various opinions and determine in their own Holy Spirit filled hearts what they truly believe and not fall subject to demands, prejudice and silly debates and arguments that turn Christian against Christian. Plus, Proclaimers is adamant about bringing the Bride of Jesus Christ together in harmony, love, grace and wisdom. This will then allow individuals to find a home Church that they feel has a heart similar to their own and not make the journey to a “positive experience” so daunting.
Doctrinal FREEDOM is crucial
Here at Proclaimers for Christ we take Doctrinal freedom as a point of loving and sharing conversation! It is never to be treated with disrespect and NO ONE is to put down another persons doctrinal belief. However, if two or more individuals are gathered together and they are comfortable talking respectfully and discussing their Biblical doctrines and foundations. If they desire to testify to one another as to why or how a certain element of their particular Doctrinal beliefs have helped them grow spiritually in Christ Jesus, and all parties involved, want to be part of this discussion… then, we see it as healthy. We feel that it supports good discipleship, training and maturing.
It is those who take issue with anothers doctrine in a negative light that is silly because a persons doctrine is part of their very Christian Foundation. Shine a positive light on what is good about your Christ Centered, Bible Grounded, doctrinal belief AND NOT what is bad about their Christ Centered, Bible Grounded, doctrinal belief.
If the Bride of Christ is ever going to come together as a single Bride then we have to be able to find a way to lovingly embrace ALL Christ centered believers who put their Hope, Faith, Love and Belief in the 66 books of the Christian bible and do so without prejudice or “Silly Doctrinal Issues”. We hope this helps bring light and peace to those who took issue with this statement. “Silly Doctrinal Issues” as it was intended to evoke emotion, thought and discussion in a positive Holy Spirit inspired way. Please pray for is you struggle with this you may suffer from prejudice that may be a bit misplaced.
Just keep this in mind…
However it is the debating, arguing and almost hating of other Christ centered believers over the many doctrinal points to such a degree that we forget Christ in the Center and break up the body or “Bride” of Christ over these silly debates.
Jesus is coming back for one Bride NOT several
No where does it say that you have to believe in a certain set of doctrine in order to be saved and go to Heaven. So even though it is very important for all of the positive sides and views of each Biblically grounded doctrinal philosophy to be saved and go to Heaven. Do you really think that when you Make it past Saint Peter at the Pearly Gates of Heaven and you meet the Arch Angel Michael that your crown, throne or Heavenly positioning is going to be based on your man made Churches doctrine?
If so… Please keep reading the Bible
2 Timothy 1:1-12
Someone once said, “There are many things in life that will catch your eye, but only a few will catch your heart. Pursue those.” For example, consider Tiger Woods. In a magazine article, Tiger said, “Don’t mistake my ability to focus for misery. I’m having a great time on the course.” But he describes his concentration as “really intense.” The book Lesson from the Top, says: “No trait is more noticeable in the leaders on our list than the passion they share for their people and their companies. Quite simply, they love what they do.” When I talk about passion, I’m not talking about a brand of perfume or about the steamy nature of an explicit television show or novel.
I’m talking about a burning drive God places within us to change the world. I’m talking about the motivation we feel to go about His work. When passion burns inside us, we focus on life more easily and effectively. In 2 Timothy, Paul helps us identify four steps that will identify and intensify passion.
Everyone wants to be connected to something, but many people are plugging their lives into dead wall sockets. Paul understood that the spiritual life pulsating within him was given to him by God alone, and he wanted Timothy (and you and I) to share in it. Paul was an apostle (sent) of Jesus Christ according to the will of God and according to the promise of life that he had found in Christ Jesus. He had experienced God’s grace, mercy, and peace. All those were like lumps of coal fueling the passion for his life’s work.
Helen Keller said, “Life is either a daring adventure or nothing.”Timothy had been raised in a Christian home. His mother and grandmother had laid a solid foundation in his life, a sincere faith. Friends, if we’re going to be passionate in life we must decide to stop being the victim and become the victorious winner God has ordained us to be. We must trust Him with a confident, inner faith in His plans for us (Jer. 29:11) (“For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the LORD, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.”) When we allow the seeds of God’s Word to germinate and grow within us, when we walk by daily faith thereby, we will have all the resources we need. Paul was simply reminding us that in Christ we have the necessary foundation to be what God has called us to be.
Paul urged Timothy to fan into flame the gift he had been given by God. It was essential that Timothy obey because countless numbers of others needed to be touched by his ministry, just as Paul’s had touched him. When a Christian is transformed by Christ and empowered by the Holy Spirit, the fire of passion ignites. Paul didn’t want Timothy to become discouraged, for he believed in this young man. So did God. Now it was time for Timothy to reach down to others and make the message of the gospel come alive.
Paul was not ashamed of the gospel. His purpose and passion were to reach the lost and to inspire Timothy to do the same. Passion knows no boundaries when God is leading us. We are appointed as heralds and apostles and teachers and sharers of the gospel.
To be set on fire, we must let God kindle the blaze. What is your passion? Are you ready to partner with God and make a difference in life? Fred Shero said, “Success is not the result of spontaneous combustion. You must set yourself on fire.” Those words are true with no minor change: “Success is not the result of spontaneous combustion. You must first allow God to set you on fire.” Life is worth living when we reach up reach down, and reach out. Life is worth living when we let God kindle the fire.
God bless and may God ignite a fire in your heart to reach the world with His gospel.

John 4. 7-14
THESE words of Jesus Christ about the “Living Water”, spoken as they were to the sinful Samaritan, are deeper and more lasting than the well of Jacob. This well is unfathomable! This Water is everlasting!
The Nature of It. Our Lord calls it “Living Water” (v. 10). It is living in the sense that it is life giving. That which Christ gives is not something to keep us alive, but something to make us alive. This water of “grace and truth,” which came by Jesus Christ (vv. 1-17), is the water, which saves and satisfies (Eph. 2:8). It is not given merely to refresh, but to regenerate. The elements of eternal light and life are in it.
The Source of It. “Thou wouldest have asked of Him, and He would have given thee.” He Himself is the disposer of this living water. Unto Him has been “given power over all flesh, that He should give eternal life” (John 17:2). “This is the pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding out of the throne of God, and of the Lamb” (Rev. 22:1). The original source of this grace and truth is the gracious heart of the eternal God, and has been manifested to us in the life and sufferings of the Lamb.
The Efficacy of It.
IT QUINCHES THRIST. “Whosoever shall drink of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst” (v.14). They never thirst for the muddy waters of sin that have drank, and keep drinking, of the water that Christ gives. They shall never thirst for any other drink, neither in this life not in the life, which is to come. “They shall not thirst for ever”
IT BECOMES A SPRING WITHIN “The water that I shall give him shall become in him a spring of water” (v. 14). The idea here is that, when anyone drinks this water, or, in other words, receives this grace and truth offered in Christ, there is opened up within that one a fountain of new life and blessedness – a secondary source, within the heart, of perennial joy and satisfaction. Every saved soul is a citadel of God, and although constantly besieged by the sins and sorrows of earth, they have an unfailing source of supply within. This fountain flows on forever, springing up into the ocean of eternal life and praise, in the presence of God and the Lamb.
The Conditions of It. “If thou knewest the gift of God, thou wouldest have asked Him” (v. 10). The conditions are knowing and asking. As soon as we know what the Christ has to give us, this knowledge should surely lead to asking and receiving. How will sinners ask of Him the greatest of all gifts, if they do not know that the gift of God is eternal life? They were blessed who knew the joyful sound of the jubilee trumpet, because they believed and received their liberty through it. If thou knewest the gift of God thou wouldest not frequent those streams which have their source in this sin-poisoned world, and which can never reach down to the thirst of a human spirit. This is eternal life to know Him. Ask and ye shall receive
The Freeness of It. “Whosoever drinketh of this water” (v. 14). “Whosoever will let him take the water of life freely” (Rev. 22:17). Christ Himself, as the Fountain of Living Water; is the Gift of God to a world perishing with a thirst that is unquenchable apart from Him. Whosoever is the choice word of the infinite grace of God. It was among the first and the last words used in connection with the redemption that is in Christ Jesus (John 3:15-16; Rev. 22:17). Does your soul thirst for these waters as the hart panteth after the water brooks? Then here is your hope: “Ho, everyone that thirsteth, come ye” (Isa. 55:1). It was on the last and greatest day of the feast that Jesus stood and cried, “If any man thirst, let him come unto Me and drink.”
