Break Loose!

Break Loose!

By: Pastor Ron Crandall

Heb 13:8
8 Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever.

You can remain as you are or you can

And change.

CHANGE: to many is a dirty word, this six-letter word has inspired great men and leaders to take a look at where they are and evaluate their positions of progress.

But many of us will listen to this message and never be challenge to step beyond our current place of comfort and move into the place of servitude.

If we refuse to change we refuse to learn.

As I spoke this last week I spoke to two different places and found at each there were two differing groupings of people.

1. People who were tired of their current place in ministry and were willing to receive what God was saying to them.
2. People who thought they had it together and thought that we were boring or didn’t have anything relevant to say.

The word says that the eye is the gate way to the soul…. You can tell a lot from just looking at a person eyes and demeanor.

Some of us are just plain ole stuck in the rut….

That is a grave without any ends.

We must as Christians come to grip with the fact that “ Our message is sacred, but our methods are not.

Turn with me to:

Gen 12:1-4
1 Now the LORD had said unto Abram, Get thee out of thy country, and from thy kindred, and from thy father’s house, unto a land that I will shew thee:
2 And I will make of thee a great nation, and I will bless thee, and make thy name great; and thou shalt be a blessing:
3 And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed.
4 So Abram departed, as the LORD had spoken unto him; and Lot went with him: and Abram was seventy and five years old when he departed out of Haran.

# 1.) We must leave our comfort zone:

a. We must leave that place of just coming to church and sitting
b. Some will ask what is comfort well “do you remember the old chairs and how uncomfortable they were and now we have these new ones.”
c. Some people even have specific chairs and places to sit.
d. God told Abraham “get out of the soft spot buddy.” And go somewhere

#2.) It requires something from them

II Ki 4:1-6
1 Now there cried a certain woman of the wives of the sons of the prophets unto Elisha, saying, Thy servant my husband is dead; and thou knowest that thy servant did fear the LORD: and the creditor is come to take unto him my two sons to be bondmen.
2 And Elisha said unto her, What shall I do for thee? tell me, what hast thou in the house? And she said, Thine handmaid hath not any thing in the house, save a pot of oil.
3 Then he said, Go, borrow thee vessels abroad of all thy neighbours, even empty vessels; borrow not a few.
4 And when thou art come in, thou shalt shut the door upon thee and upon thy sons, and shalt pour out into all those vessels, and thou shalt set aside that which is full.
5 So she went from him, and shut the door upon her and upon her sons, who brought the vessels to her; and she poured out.
6 And it came to pass, when the vessels were full, that she said unto her son, Bring me yet a vessel. And he said unto her, There is not a vessel more. And the oil stayed.

a. How has it been since you invited someone to this church other than
your family?
b. Am I afraid of inviting someone and them saying no your church is
for losers. In other words you have a tremendous fear of rejection.
I am here to tell you this morning that is not a spirit from God.
c. We need leaders who don’t know it all and are hungry for the manifest
presence of God to move in their lives and in their ministries.

#3.) Fear of failing

a. We have a the attitude of “I would but”
b. I know I should but
c. I know the words says I can but
d. If he would just give me a sign… so I would know that it was him

“If you don’t plan to succeed then you have already succumbed to failure!”
Phil 4:13
13 I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.

Phil 4:13
13 I can do everything through him who gives me strength.

Phil 4:13
13 I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.

Phil 4:13
13 I can do all things through Him who strengthens me.

I like what Ronald Regan said
“ Those who say America’s best days are behind her are looking the wrong way.”

“We have stood where duty required us to stand.” Now I want to challenge you to take it a step further and restate that statement to read “We now stand where passionate love for God compels to GO”

#4. Fear of what it will cost

a. Everything

Luke 18:19-25
19 And Jesus said unto him, Why callest thou me good? none is good, save one, that is, God.
20 Thou knowest the commandments, Do not commit adultery, Do not kill, Do not steal, Do not bear false witness, Honour thy father and thy mother.
21 And he said, All these have I kept from my youth up.
22 Now when Jesus heard these things, he said unto him, Yet lackest thou one thing: sell all that thou hast, and distribute unto the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come, follow me.
23 And when he heard this, he was very sorrowful: for he was very rich.
24 And when Jesus saw that he was very sorrowful, he said, How hardly shall they that have riches enter into the kingdom of God!
25 For it is easier for a camel to go through a needle’s eye, than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God.

The Blood and Cross of Deliverance

By Pastor Ron Crandall

Matt 27:32
32 And as they came out, they found a man of Cyrene, Simon by name: him they compelled to bear his cross. (KJV)

Matt 27:40-42
40 And saying, Thou that destroyest the temple, and buildest it in three days, save thyself. If thou be the Son of God, come down from the cross.
41 Likewise also the chief priests mocking him, with the scribes and elders, said,
42 He saved others; himself he cannot save. If he be the King of Israel, let him now come down from the cross, and we will believe him.

Matt 27:50-51
50 Jesus, when he had cried again with a loud voice, yielded up the ghost.
51 And, behold, the veil of the temple was rent in twain from the top to the bottom; and the earth did quake, and the rocks rent;

Behold: Means wonderment

Veil: Was 12″ thick and not eve two team of oxen could tear it.

Top to Bottom: Signified God had perform it, But also that God loved us so much that he restored fellowship thru the shedding of blood once and for all.

Heb 9:22
22 In fact, the law requires that nearly everything be cleansed with blood, and without the shedding of blood there is no forgiveness.

Heb 9:13-17
13 For if the blood of bulls and of goats, and the ashes of an heifer sprinkling the unclean, sanctifieth to the purifying of the flesh:
14 How much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself without spot to God, purge your conscience from dead works to serve the living God?
15 And for this cause he is the mediator of the New Testament, that by means of death, for the redemption of the transgressions that were under the first testament, they, which are called, might receive the promise of eternal inheritance.
16 For where a testament is, there must also of necessity be the death of the testator. Testament: Is a will
17 For a testament is of force after men are dead: otherwise it is of no strength at all while the testator liveth.

Rom 5:9
9 Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him. (KJV)

The Psalmist David said, ” if the people of God would not praise him the rocks shall cry out”
Jesus said” No man taketh my life but I freely give or lay it down for a ran some for many”

Ransom: My understanding is that is what you pay when someone has kidnapped your child

Matt. 16:24 Then Jesus said” if any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me. ( in other word we must bring this flesh under subjection to the will of God.)

Satan’s biggest tool against man is flesh, yet we’ll be in it until we die

Yet God combat the flesh through the Holy Ghost

You see if we don’t have an understanding of the magnificent Power in the Holy Ghost we cannot combat the flesh and overcome. Without understanding that the first time the Holy Ghost was given it was to confound the Languages the second time we see him, he’s setting down on them like a rush of a MIGHTY wind. Or hovering, but none of this would even be possible if there had not been shed blood.

The first time it was for the confounding of Languages

Second he was fulfilling a blood covenant

The had been Payment in full for your sins, making it possible for you and to once again walk and talk to God.

Honey and you’ve been so afraid of flesh, I got new’s for ya the flesh is more afraid that you’re gonna find this scriptural truth and grab on to it ,and understand.

Gal 5:1
1 Stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith Christ hath made us free, and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage.

Rom 8:15
15 For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father. (KJV)

I’m here today to tell you, it is the Blood of Jesus that gives us Power over the enemy.

My biggest is enemy is the En-e-my inside of me.

But my bible tells me:

Matt 16:25
25 For whosoever will save his life shall lose it: and whosoever will lose his life for my sake shall find it. (KJV)

Jesus said:
John 15:16
16 Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain: that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you. (KJV)

 The Cross is a symbol by which all Blood bought Christians rally to, it a sign that we are his, but, it is not the final evidence that you are his.

 I don’t know about, but in our family when my little sister had her first boy Ryan. It was a Family affair from pictures and videos to holding the baby. All around the room you’d hear well he’s got mama’s eyes and daddies chin. Every one was comparing Ryan to Debbie and Rich by the outside manifestations and attributes Ryan pocessed.

 But that did not make Ryan their child. He may have looked like them and acted like them, but until, that blood test came back and his DNA matched their DNA, He was not their son.

 But, when it was positive, without a doubt 100% sure we all watched as that little tag on his wrist that gave them temporary custody.

 Church when Jesus comes back for his bride there is going to be a Spiritual DNA test performed and it is not going to take hour to perform, in milliseconds the Holy Ghost will be able to match and Identify every person in whom there is no Blood match.

 You may have the Mama’s Eye’s and Daddies chin but without the SON’S Blood you aint gettin two feet off the ground.

 For it rests in the blood of Jesus.

But without a cross there would have been no blood.

Some have said, ” It was just two pieces of wood nailed together, with no Power.”

But if that were the case then why would Jesus say in:

Matt 10:37-40
37 “Anyone who loves his father or mother more than me is not worthy of me; anyone who loves his son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me;
38 and anyone who does not take his cross and follow me is not worthy of me.
39 Whoever finds his life will lose it, and whoever loses his life for my sake will find it.
40 “He who receives you receives me, and he who receives me receives the one who sent me.
But God couldn’t and wouldn’t Love me, I;m to far gone
nice thought, oh listen to the John as he pens by inspiration :

John 3:16-21
16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.
18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

1# The first sign of a Delivering Cross is the sign of Pyschical Labor .
It will cost you something , You’re entire life. (Jesus said to the rich young ruler sell all and follow me, he simple respond, “I can’t” (flesh).

The bible tells us that Jesus in Pilots hall was pyschically beaten beyond recognition to the point that Isaiah would write:

Isa 53:2
2 For he shall grow up before him as a tender plant, and as a root out of a dry ground: he hath no form nor comeliness; and when we shall see him, there is no beauty that we should desire him. (KJV)

Here we have the first evidence that the cross of deliverance would demand a price, hereto not know to man. It was easy to slaughter a lamb you did not know personally. Here God the Father takes it out of an impersonal relationship and once again demand from this time forward that man make a Pyschical and Spiritual commitment.

2# The second sign of a Delivering Cross is it is a symbol of Death.

It may be painful along the way, But Jesus said “I will never leave thee or forsake thee.”

God the Father still demanded a price be paid for the sin of Adam and Eve, that broke fellowship with the Father once enjoyed in the garden of Eden.

We see God’s Plan as He:

Poured out into Jesus:
The sin of all humanity- That man might be saved, REDEEMED
God Poured out into Jesus:
The sickness of all Humanity- That a man might be healed
God Poured out into Jesus:
The Problem & Heartaches of all humanity- That man might have a solution to his problem and a balm to soothe his aches
Sound Mind
God Poured out into Jesus:
The temptation of all Humanity- That man would have a way of escape

If we were to walk through the bible with a search warrant we would find that even the great Hero’s of Faith hall of fame had faults. They were blemished, Yet, God lists them as great men of faith.

For if you started at the beginning you’d find:

Adam whose fault was unbelief,
Noah whose fault was too much wine,
Abraham whose fault was fear for personal safety,
Isaac whose fault was the love of good food,
You’d find Joseph whose was spiritual pride,
Moses whose whose fault was Impatience,
David whose fault was lust of the flesh,
You’d find Solomon whose fault was a desire for new things,
Elijah whose fault was self-pity,
Isaiah whose fault was unclean lips,
Jeremiah whose fault was reluctance,
Jonah whose fault was stubbornness,
Peter whose fault was self-trust,
James and John whose fault was ambition,
You’d even find Paul whose fault was an Independent Spirit.

But each of these great men listed with their faults and all had one common thread,

It was repentance.

They all made use of the Blood some from the Old Testament they used goats and bullocks. And those in the New Testament they too availed themsles of that life giving Blood of the Lamb, Jesus Christ the Righteous

The Tongue a destructive force or constructive force!

By:Pastor Ron Crandall

Prov 15:4
4 A wholesome tongue is a tree of life, but perverseness in it breaks the spirit.
Prov 18:21

21 Death and life are in the power of the tongue, and those who love it will eat its fruit.

There is a little saying “sticks and stones may break my bones, but words can never hurt me,” sounds good enough, but many people have been destroyed by the words of others. The tongue is a creative force, but it is also a destructive force.

Negative speech creates negative thinking

A. Israel at Kadesh-barnea

Num 13:2
2 “Send men to spy out the land of Canaan, which I am giving to the children of Israel; from each tribe of their fathers you shall send a man, every one a leader among them.”

Num 13:17-20
17 Then Moses sent them to spy out the land of Canaan, and said to them, “Go up this way into the South, and go up to the mountains,
18 “and see what the land is like: whether the people who dwell in it are strong or weak, few or many;
19 “whether the land they dwell in is good or bad; whether the cities they inhabit are like camps or strongholds;
20 “whether the land is rich or poor; and whether there are forests there or not. Be of good courage. And bring some of the fruit of the land.” Now the time was the season of the first ripe grapes.

Num 13:27-33
27 Then they told him, and said: “We went to the land where you sent us. It truly flows with milk and honey, and this is its fruit.
28 “Nevertheless the people who dwell in the land are strong; the cities are fortified and very large; moreover we saw the descendants of Anak there.
29 “The Amalekites dwell in the land of the South; the Hittites, the Jebusites, and the Amorites dwell in the mountains; and the Canaanites dwell by the sea and along the banks of the Jordan.”
30 Then Caleb quieted the people before Moses, and said, “Let us go up at once and take possession, for we are well able to overcome it.”
31 But the men who had gone up with him said, “We are not able to go up against the people, for they are stronger than we.”
32 And they gave the children of Israel a bad report of the land which they had spied out, saying, “The land through which we have gone as spies is a land that devours its inhabitants, and all the people whom we saw in it are men of great stature.
33 “There we saw the giants (the descendants of Anak came from the giants); and we were like grasshoppers in our own sight, and so we were in their sight.”

1. They are too strong.
2. We saw the children of anak.
3. We are not able.

Acts 13:2
2 As they ministered to the Lord and fasted, the Holy Spirit said, “Now separate to Me Barnabas and Saul for the work to which I have called them.”

Acts 13:10
10 and said, “O full of all deceit and all fraud, you son of the devil, you enemy of all righteousness, will you not cease perverting the straight ways of the Lord?

Acts 13:45-46
45 But when the Jews saw the multitudes, they were filled with envy; and contradicting and blaspheming, they opposed the things spoken by Paul.
46 Then Paul and Barnabas grew bold and said, “It was necessary that the word of God should be spoken to you first; but since you reject it, and judge yourselves unworthy of everlasting life, behold, we turn to the Gentiles.

Acts 13:49-50
49 And the word of the Lord was being spread throughout all the region.
50 But the Jews stirred up the devout and prominent women and the chief men of the city, raised up persecution against Paul and Barnabas, and expelled them from their region.

B Jews at Antioch in Pisida

1. Paul preached Christ in the synagogue.
2. Jews stirred up devout and honorable women.
3. Paul and Barnabas were expelled from them.

A. Jewish leaders slandered Jesus.

1. They said he was Sabbath breaker
2. He considered himself Coequal with God
3. They said he from Beelzebub

B. Paul slandered by legalizing Jews

1. They accused him of Not an Apostle
2. He was Too Liberal

A. The Corinthian church

2 Cor 12:19-21
19 Again, do you think that we excuse ourselves to you? We speak before God in Christ. But we do all things, beloved, for your edification.
20 For I fear lest, when I come, I shall not find you such as I wish, and that I shall be found by you such as you do not wish; lest there be contentions, jealousies, outbursts of wrath, selfish ambitions, backbiting, whisperings, conceits, tumults;
21 lest, when I come again, my God will humble me among you, and I shall mourn for many who have sinned before and have not repented of the uncleanness, fornication, and lewdness which they have practiced.

1. Paul had sent others when he couldn’t come
2. He feared he might find debating’s, envying, wraths, backbiting, whisperings.

B. The Ephesians Church

Eph 5:2-4
2 And walk in love, as Christ also has loved us and given Himself for us, an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweet-smelling aroma.
3 But fornication and all uncleanness or covetousness, let it not even be named among you, as is fitting for saints;
4 neither filthiness, nor foolish talking, nor coarse jesting, which are not fitting, but rather giving of thanks.

1. Foolish talking – idle or stupid talk
2. Jesting – obscene and offensive conversation.

C. The modern-day church
A. Problems we deal with today
1. Cliques
2. Talebaering
3. Critical of fellow members

Prov 18:6-8
6 A fool’s lips enter into contention, and his mouth calls for blows.
7 A fool’s mouth is his destruction, and his lips are the snare of his soul.
8 The words of a talebearer are like tasty trifles, and they go down into the inmost body.

Matt 12:37
37 For by thy words thou shalt be justified, and by thy words thou shalt be condemned.

Prov 17:27
27 He that hath knowledge spareth his words: and a man of understanding is of an excellent spirit.

Prov 21:23
23 Whoso keepeth his mouth and his tongue keepeth his soul from troubles.

Eccl 3:7

I Samuel 17: 1- 58

We open this morning to a story, a historical fact that was recorded even in the History Books of Israel. This Story changed the Face of a Nation and their outlook at the Giants

in the Land.

I proclaim to you this morning that when this message is over

there is going to be a Giant Killing.

How many of you this morning have Giants in your life and I’m not talking San Francisco either. They are real problems that you feel may have no solution or that you have not seen the hand of God move in.

Giants that must be destroyed:

The Giant of Sin

The Giant of Sickness

The Giant of Financial Reversals

The Giant of Fear

The Giant of Intimidation

The Giant of Harassments

The Giant of Lack

Those Giants are to be dealt with sternly this morning, and the Lord is not going to withhold judgment upon the forces that hold you incarcerated Rest assured Giants will be slaughtered in this building today.

Turn Now to I Samuel 17 a Giant Killing Chapter

NOTE: II set the Battle in array against the Philistines “

Facts About Goliath:

Height: 9′ 6′ ,

Family: 4 Brothers approximately same height

Weight: 400- 500 pounds

First of all:

 The outcome of the battle is never determined by the size of the opponent. But the size of your faith in your Great Big wonderful Delivering God.

There are giants just as big or bigger and they are as real Goliath of Gath, who stood in the valley between the two camps representing the Hoards of Hell.

But drawn into the drama of the story is the lad of Jesse.

Also already arrayed for battle were David’s brothers, Jesse sends David for a serve & report on how his brothers, were doing.

***Get this Picture if You will: If God can not find among the ranks of the experienced the Veterans I the Christians among the know it alls. No Pun intended. No sarcasm. But they’re not here this morning. No if God cannot find among the Veterans I among those who have been in wars. That should know how to face the Aggressor I this one called Goliath of

***If God cannot find it among the theologians, among the Preachers Teachers I Apostles Prophets ect… can not find someone among the ranks where You think should be able to find somebody to stand UP against wickedness of the devil.

 God is not bound in his search there he is not restricted there.

 God will find the worst and most inexperienced to beat the devils best ever

We have the army of the Philistines on one side and the army of Israel on the other. Every time Goliath came out the Bible says that all of Israel fled.

( denotes terror stricken with “PHOBOS” -or ungodly fear )

The average church poses no threat to the enemy.

But, God has a remnant that will seek the anointing and will take the battle to the enemy.

Understanding that without the anointing the yoke cannot be broken.

In the first place we are in War, which is of nuclear capability spiritually speaking, and Satan has it. I am not talking about a war between flesh and blood. We are seeing an on slot of the enemy against the Church, against our families, against our minds. It is an unprecedented attack that is coming through our teens, drugs, broken homes, failed marriages, and there is no time to tip-toe through the tulips.

We need an out pouring of Gods Spirit.

Goliath is as real now, as he was then.

David Cried out:

Are there any volunteers?

vs. 20

vs. 29 “Is there not as cause?”

 We have something in America called, “The Gospel of Accommodation.”

 We want to accommodate the enemy.

 We have learned how to hold our hands, and have religious meetings, and go through the rituals you are supposed to go through, and everybody is at ease in Zion.

 But God is not interested in our Piety.

He’s interested in our obedience to step in faith, even when the circumstances look bleak.

We have a comfort zone, just like we like it in our own home.

We keep the temperature set at 72 degrees not to hot or to cold.

Most churches are filled with people who want it 72 degrees spiritually, don’t get it to cold so I can’t go to sleep, and don’t get it to hot or I might wake up.

Everything religiously is done predictable, and you know the out come from the beginning.

 Just right services, are not going to get the job done.

 Just right services, don’t have enough power to blow the fuzz off of a peach.

 Just right services, will not heal the sick.

 Just right services, will not deliver those in bonds.

 Just right services, will not deliver the alcoholic.

 Just right services, will not heal the cancer that is in your stomach.

 But you let the power of God come down, and He will set the captive free.

There is a cause at stake.

And spiritual Goliaths are alive this day.

 The outcome of the battle is never determined by size of the opponent. But it is pre-determined by your faith in your Great Big Wonderful God.

I’m afraid.

You need not to be. for 2 Tim 1:7

 Courage is the ability to face that which faces you!

It doesn’t take courage to get up in the morning when there

is no Adversary at your door.

Every History book I’ve ever read will tell you and show you that people that were conquered the King would move on to Conquer someone else.

Christians think that God has given Satan carte-blanc in your life. While he is putting sickness, financial woes, murmurings, strivings. We say, “I can’t do anything about it.

” WRONG! I’m here to tell you that you have rights through Gods Word that God has given you.

So why are you not using them?

He’s given into your hand the tools by which to defeat the devil, when they are ANOINTED.

Five stones and one sling! Anointed… is enough

God is raising up little Davids who pose great threats to the enemy and his strongholds, and his imps who are shrimps. No Goliath better stick his head up in this church, or he will get it chopped off.

 If God can not get it through his spiritual elite, then God will look for those who may not even know the rules of grammar, or may not have even finished the eiqhth qrade.

 But God will call them I God will prepare them, then God will use them to destroy the works of the enemy. And, all the while, the spiritual elite stand on the hillside gazing and terror stricken.

But, this one knows his has been called, prepared, and is looking for battle.

Romans 3:3-4 What if some did not have faith? Will their

lack of faith nullify God’s faithfulness? Not at all! Let

God be true, and every man a liar.

I am going to stand by the Word and the Word is going to stand by me.

I want you to note something this morning. David did not start out with the Goliath’s of his life.

He started out with the lion, and when he was faithful with defeating that then God sent the bear, and when he was faithful with that God sent Goliath, by the time he got to Goliath

(Job 19:25)

“I know that my redeemer lives, and that in the end He will stand upon the earth. ” )

David was ready to war:

For he said to Goliath, ” God will deliver this uncircumcised Philistine into my hand, and I will smite thee.” ( which denotes action on David’s Dart for a spiritual deliverance, in a physical

I can do this and I will do this,

I will destroy the Goliath’s in my life this day.

We find King Saul trying to give David his amour in vs.38 just like a lot of Christians are trying to give their amour away because they do not want to fight. They have forget the battle is not theirs.

But, we see David who says, “these things have not been proved in battle.” For you see, David perceived that this was not a physical battle but a spiritual battle.

For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but they are mighty to the pulling down of strongholds through the Holy Ghost. For our struggle is not against rulers, against authorities, against powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in heavenly realms. Ephesians 6:12

 When David put on Saul’s armor he realized they were the weapons of natural warfare.

 You will never defeat the devil with natural weapons and natural warfare.

It must have shocked King Saul when david replied, “I can not use these, for they have not been tried.” Now David, “this has been my armourment for years, this armourment has been used for years in battle, and you are going to have to have it if you expect to win.”

 David knew that with his own natural capability he wasn’t even strong enough to kill a lion, let alone Goliath of Gath.

Even at a tender age David knew what power seized him and that the power was greater than the lion, the bear, and Goliath. He knew no natural armourment would or could kill Goliath, but it would take the anointing Spirit of God to kill Goliath, “little is much when God is in it. “

Five smooth stones, a sling, and the fear of God went to fight a nine foot six inch giant, covered in amour from head to toe.

Some have said, “he must not have much faith, or he wouldn’t have picked up five smooth stones.

Others have said, “well he must have been a terrible shot to have missed four times. “

No Goliath had four brothers, and David perceived in the Spirit that his brothers might be a little bit upset at the death of their brother.

So by faith he picked four stones one for each of them, to get the job done.

He was not willing to go one-fifth of the way and stand un-prepared in the face of the enemy. Let it be known here, that David and his brothers killed the other four, never to have that lineage defy God again.

If the brothers get angry and come after you, you have the Holy Ghost and if that isn’t enough you have Jesus Christ and the Holy Ghost and if that isn’t enough, you’ve got God the Father and heavens Angelic force to whip them.

But, here shows up a kid that doesn’t even shave.

Have you ever noticed the flare by which God humiliates the devil?

He always does what you don’t expect Him to do. He does the impossible.

You can’t get water out of a rock! God can.

You can’t make the waters roll back! God can.

 All Men Fall But Great Men Get up

You can live in the realm of adversity, you can let the enemy put his tents on your real estate.

You can serve him lental or peas and you can accommidate him.

Or you can do what Shammah, one of David’s anointed did, he drew a circle in the middle of a piece of his land, and got in it and he got sick and tired of being sick and tired.

The first step of getting out of a delima, is becoming sick of being in the delima in the first place’ The worst thing that can happen to you is the enemy has parked on you front lawn, but you have gotten use to it.

So you accommodate him.

You learn to live with the giant, and you begin to feed and accommodate him and all of his fat bellied relatives too.

That is exactly what the Philistines did to Shammah, he grew his lental or peas.

And he planted them, he took care of them, he watered them,

kept the birds off of his crop, and every time he would harvest them the fee-fi-foe bunch would come down out of the mountains into the valley and take his pea—

It wasn’t gold or silver he was mining.

It was just peas.

And, peas may not be important to you.

But if it was your lively hood, it would be important.

And, when the giants came he had, had it’

 “Remember step one is getting sick and tired of getting sick “and tired…

And when they came He said there have been some changes around here and You and your fat bellied relatives are not getting one more pea off my property and the Bible say ” the anointing of the Lord came upon Shamah and when the dust settled not one Pea was out of that patch and thousands of Philistines lay all around dead.

Because the anointing of the Lord.

And because he was sick & tired of being sick & tired.

 Warfare always surrounds the birth of a miracle!

If there are Giants on your land that’s the bad news, the good news is Warfare always surrounds the Birth of a Miracle.

If the Devil sends Giants into your land it is to rob you and prevent you from entering the fulness of God’s presence and blessing.

If he sends two Giants, He ( God) is going to do twice for you what he has done for someone else, if he sends a battalion get ready you are getting ready to be catapulted to victory.

Well I’m in a struggle

Well the Devil is after me

Well if you’re in a struggle that tells me something

Struggles if the devil has sent the Giants on your property

Say Listen To Pastor

 Struqqles are proof that You have not been conquered

You say Pastor, I am going through a struggle, then that’s good proof that the devil doesn’t have you out, if he’s sending giants in then he doesn’t have you.

You may be down But I said a while ago all men and women get knocked down

great men and women get up !

You see the devil is worried about what you are going to become.

You’re still led of God, you’re still anointed.

You still have purpose.

I want you to say I’m ready to your neighbor

 Those un-willing to loose. ..Never do. .”

Remember …

 Warfare always surrounds the birth of a miracle.

 Struggles are proof that you have not been conquered.

 Your battle is first won in the heart before it is won on

the battle field.

* Your heart is your knower.

Have you ever seen your name written in Heaven ? Did you see Him write it down ? And, how do you know that it’s there ?

You know it in your knower.

David knew that the devil was dead meat even before he went into the valley to fight him.

I know the outcome from the beginning.

 See it in Your faith first, and You will see it in reality second, but You will never see it in reality until You see it in your faith.

Goliath saw a kid comming but failed to realize that five stones and a Holy Ghost anointed sling was enough. But as David runs to meet Goliath, he sees the biggest, ugliest, demonic mass in front of him, as Goliath shouts, “am I a dog?” He was insulted, I’m going to feed thee to the fowls of the air.”

The devil always harasses us with his big mouth.

vs. 43 David’s response

” I come to thee in the name of the Lord

David’s already seen the victory before it happens

vs. 47 The battle is the Lord’s

God’s most inexperienced and anointed always beats Satan’s most demonically inspired tool.

 Never speak words that make Satan think he is winning!

 No matter what God has anointed in your hands it is enough.

If God asked you to storm hell with a water pistol -it is enough. To put out every flame that God has sent you to destroy…

Stop talking -get into action.

Just an ordinary man… With an extraordinary God!

Thought for today: Days of reflection

Thought for today; This is the week of great liberation, I will try to keep my focus on that… As we near the resurrection, we cannot celebrate it, without realizing that there was a tremendous cost that was getting ready to made… and alot was happening… I kinda think that Jesus’ mindset was to fulfill why he came, and His focus was to liberate the captive through the shedding of His blood… The Jews wanted a King that would come and liberate them their way, but, I love Jesus’ plan much better… I understand they were tired of being mistreated by the Romans and they wanted vindication, Jesus wanted salvation for all who would come throughout the rest of time, and he wanted restoration and death was the only option that could accomplish that need. I am so glad He looked through time and Loved me enough to die for me and give me such a beautiful gift called Grace… I am sure Jerusalem was filled with excitement and a lot of people from all over coming home sacrifice… But what they did not know was the greatest sacrifice of all time was just days away, I would have liked to walk those narrow streets of stone, maybe one day I will get to walk up the path He walked in Jerusalem. To really bring home to me what that day that was coming was going to be like for our Lord and Master. My father went to Israel and he had always told me one trip and you will see the bible unfold to your eyes… For us as Christ Followers it is a time of reflection and yet it is also a time of Vision casting… For Jesus looked out through time and seen the need for the Lost, to be afforded salvation, and for the Word to be fulfilled. My heart aches when I hear His voice saying my fields are ripe unto harvest, but, the workers where are they? This week for us should be a week of introspection where we really look deep at what we are doing to make disciples for the Lord. Do we really look through the eyes of Jesus and see what he saw? What really moves our thoughts and our actions? Are we so consumed with the things of this life that we have forgotten that this is not about us, but, about what He did for us on the Cross? I challenge you to ask yourself one question a day and really look hard at your life and lifestyle, who do you love the most? Make this Easter different put a smile on the Face of God… Bring to him that which He died for…the Lost…!!! Cast that Vision and put legs to it, ask someone will you go with me to God’s house… I am going to be one that is in the field… not off looking to fulfill Ron’s desires… I am going to reach out to my neighbors and friends to bring the Message of the Cross of Deliverance to them…The rest He takes over and performs… but He said if I be lifted up, I will draw all men unto myself…. We have the challenge to really look at ourselves, then to put action to our faith by lifting up Jesus… This can not only impact others, but it can also change your perspective as you see the lost and hurting come running to Him… Have a great day!

Thought for today:What does the heart of a Shepherd do?

Thought for today; Mark 6: 34And Jesus, when he came out, saw much people, and was moved with compassion toward them, because they were as sheep not having a shepherd: and he began to teach them many things. 34. When Jesus arrived, he saw this huge crowd. At the sight of them, his heart broke—like sheep with no shepherd they were. He went right to work teaching them.
Something here caught the Master’s attention, He as he looked out over the people. Sometimes we think that the Lord does not even notice us, but, that is just a lie that the enemy likes to use against us. Why are you even here, he’ll be too busy to minister to you anyways, go do your own thing, you know He’s a busy man…. We have to come to that place of, No, He is my God and if He see’s a sparrow fall and know the count of hairs on my head, I know He will stop. When I read this, it came to my remembrance of what I seen one day while taking a drive, and seen sheep on a hillside, and they were scattered pretty far apart …that is what Jesus must have seen… They were totally open for an attack from a predator. They were separated from each other… (Almost like a lack of community, or a belonging to someone…) They were off doing their own thing, not thinking of the consequences, and just how deadly that could be. Just at the sight of them he was moved with compassion or His heart broke at what he saw. When you see people that are hurting and separated from one another for whatever the reason, it should move us also. What does the heart of a Shepherd do? Let’s look at some of the things a true shepherd will or should be doing… He will protect his flock against an attack of from predators; His eyes are upon His sheep that he is guarding. He will love His sheep, even to the extent that it would cost him, he will still freely give all that he has. He is willing to make the hard choices that a shepherd has to make with an unruly sheep. He will lead them into the best pastures to graze upon and find the best water for them to drink. He keeps track of them and knows them by their markings or traits, even their personality that makes them unique to him. He provides correction when needed. He watches their health by knowing them intimately. He loves them. And he teaches them by talking to them and bringing comfort and security that he is there. I love what Mark wrote here after Jesus seen these things…Jesus did not pawn off the work on someone else, nope… These were His sheep and it says, “He went right to work…” He could not take another step, He was not going to hope someone else seen what He saw. There was an act of responsibility, “He went right to work…” Work is never easy or they would not call it work… He seen the task ahead of Him and He began to teach them the word. He poured out into them that living water that will never leave one thirsty; He began to feed them for He was the bread of life that all nourishment for the spiritual need is met by. He became intimate with them and their needs. He took His time as precious and as limited as it was, He, “Stopped!” Why? Because He is the personification of Love, that when a need is seen, everything stops till those needs are met. He, “Stopped” for this was His reason for coming… He came to seek and save that which is lost, hurting, despondent, helpless, hopeless those that the world has put distance between themselves and that person… and sometimes even those in the church have put at a distance because they are not like us… So these one’s are those that are scattered along the hillside and Jesus’ heart breaks and He takes time to Love those that people have called unlovable. We truly see the master’s heart in this one scripture…. He wanted them to come into the unity of the faith and realize they are the community of believers that He loves. So if that is you today…. Then the master is saying to you, my heart is broken for you, accept me, and I will give you protection and place you in my family and I the Lord and Master desires to Love on you and teach you….Because I have a plan for you life….and that is to be loved like you are loved by me. Have a great day today and love someone and become a part of the community of Christ Followers….!!!

Resolute Faith part 2

Thought for today: Last night while taping the live version of Kitchtherapy7 God dropped something into my spirit in Luke 8 that I had just read over so many times…And it just came out and I have to share it this morning…It is the last part of verse 49…”Thy daughter is dead; trouble not the master…”You wanna talk about something that will rock your boat, any Parent that hears those words, is rocked, trust me, I have been there as I held my son whose life had been cut short in my arms…The human emotions that hit are unreal… I so Identify with this story… I want you to get what God spoke to my heart and I expounded on it last night…”going to write it out and make it plain that whosoever reads may run with it,” and you will know if it is you, God is speaking too…Whoever this person was that came to Jairus, we know they were from his household. So many time we just Preach and teach on Jairus point of view here…But God said “STOP!!!” And I was in the middle of taping and as I stopped , the Holy Spirit took over and said “Look at the respect he had for the Master…he respected him as Master, but , he did not believe He was the Master… and that is totally different… You can know who and what Jesus all about… but it a totally different story to remove all doubt and fear that He is truly the Master of this Universe, Our situations, and here that He was Master over death…. To many know him as Master in the respect form, shoot we even go to church, pay our tithes and the list goes on… But this man did not know Jesus, as Jairus knew Him, go to verse 41 “he(Jairus) fell down at Jesus feet, and besought Him… Matthew 9 says He worship Jesus..” , that He would come to his house…” The spirit of Jairus was that of brokenness, and He believed that Jesus was the Son of God, Doubt & unbelief, Jairus gave no room to it… Jairus position could not change his situation, he was a ruler of the synagogue and it meant nothing…that all went out the window…he was a man in need of Jesus, he was in need of a miracle…
But, when Jesus hears this detractor of the faith and the word, Jesus stopped when “he heard it, He answered him, saying, “Fear not, believe only, AND SHE SHALL BE MADE WHOLE…!!!!” Jesus was the living Word…John 1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God…” vs. 4 “In Him was Life;” vs. 5 “And the light shineth in the darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not…” I mean Jesus stopped this man from the house Jairus dead in his tracks rebuking him… I am the Life, I am the Word and I am the Light, the darkness of unbelief, doubt and fear must bow to my spoken words and I will and I can make this girl whole…Don’t even fear that, Just exercise your faith and believe that I am he that was sent…
Now go to Mark 5 :23 Jairus says “I pray thee, come and lay hands on her, that she may be healed; and she shall live…” Faith, Trust, Belief and Worship and Jesus responded to his cry, Mark 5:24 “And Jesus went with him;” Don’t tell me God does not want to show himself to you and I, but, fear, unbelief and doubt cannot habitat where he is…”Know ye not that ye are the temple of the Holy Spirit” Back to John 1:12 “but as many as received him, to them gave He power to become sons of God, even to them that believe on His name. “To them…that is you and I and every person that runs doubt, unbelief and fear out of our lives and chooses to believe in Him in whom we have not seen with these natural eyes… But our spiritual eyes receive the living word with gladness and embrace His teaching and His word….Explosive Faith is released to do that only He can do…. We have to change what we are meditating on and get the word into our spirit. This generation is looking for answers…what are we going to do… which man will you chose to be like, the Servant or Jairus? The choice is yours…. Have a great day!!!

Resolute Faith part 1

Thought for today: Found in Luke 8:50 But when Jesus heard it, he answered him, saying, Fear not, believe only, and she shall be made whole. 54 And he put them all out, and took her by the hand and called saying Maid, arise. See also in Matt 9:18-19 22-26 & Mark 5:22-24 35-43. If God is speaking anything to me it is this, “Fear and Unbelief have to go….” end of story. Those are the two key components here that Jesus address.’ And he sends both fear and unbelief out of His presence in that room. Jesus wanted only those, that believed and had faith that he could and would and put doubt under their feet in that room.
Man I struggle with this all the time…we are a nation and people & society that is numbers… from the secular to the church of what success is…
God does not work in our realm for He is supernatural God, nor does He think in our finite mindset…
If we are going to see what God has for us…Our thinking has to change!!! Our thinking is so finite it is not funny… no wonder unbelief creeps in…the Good news is that we can renew our minds daily through the word of God and build faith instead of fear…
What you think about the most is what will be in control of you and your destiny…
If you are thinking about all the what if’s, of what God has called you to do, you will not see the fulfillment of what God has for you…
Unbelief is not of God, for hath light to do with darkness…?
I chose to fill my mind with God’s written covenant to man, there is power in the Word of God!!!
When satan tempted Jesus what did Jesus say, “It is written…” He did not say let’s have a pity party, you’re being tempted, He hit the enemy with the Word of Almighty God…
He did not sit around and wonder what he should say and is it politically correct…
He said “It is written!!!”
When we get the word down in our heart to the point that the things we once did and didn’t seem so bad to us, now repulse us, that is the sign of the refiners fire going in and through us, the dross and impurities are burned out of our lives…
And there will be Great faith, that destroys the former yokes of unbelief and doubt…
Because we will speak to our situation like Jesus did to this girl who was dead…
As He spoke to the Sea and the Wind and Waters obeyed Him… We have to capture and take every thought, no matter how small it is captive, and bring it unto the subjection of Jesus Christ.
The enemy will always try to divert your mission that God has set before you, he will lie and he will try to get you to doubt God and His word to you…
If you minister to just one and one gets saved, is it not worth it? We have to be resolute as Christ Followers…
Is there not a cause David cried out as he took to the battle field that day with Goliath…
he did not wait for Goliath to come to him…
He took massive steps of faith on the run down that hillside under the anointing of the Holy Spirit….
Goliath, I come to you not in my name, But you uncircumcised Philistine I come to you in the Name of the Lord in whom you have defied!
As he released his faith and that rock left the sling, God the Holy Spirit took over and that rock became an anointed rocket and it slammed right into the mark…
I challenge you to change your thinking and let’s take this fight to the enemy, take back what he has stole from us, our loved ones, our children those that are around us, Happiness, Health, Hope, Love, Joy…
We will stand amazed at what God can do when we speak with Authority the word of God by Faith and Believe…
Have a great day!!!

Thought for Today:Your Gifting and God’s Grace

Your Gifting and God’s Grace

Thought for Today: Gifting- Hebrews 12:1 “Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay
aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us.”

So many times we forget that “God uses us through our Gifting,”  The reason so many people are either unhappy, unfulfilled or sometimes even confused about where they belong in the Body of Christ can be alot of factors.  Sometimes we limit ourselves to our natural
gifting, speaking, and singing, serving ect… the list can really go on and with each person it can be different. I want to encourage you; your spiritual Gifting is much different than natural….

Natural is something you are born with, but, Your Spiritual Gifting is something that God can only do in and
through you…because if you could do it, it wouldn’t be God…

So how do I find my Spiritual Gifting? By getting alone with God is what I would list as the most critical step…  What I have found in my life is when I think awe I could never do that, usually that is His still small voice saying to me Ron spend some time with me so I can talk to you….Or sometimes it may be a Pastor or Leader who sees something you don’t or won’t recognize and then the Lord uses them to nudge you and challenge you …

Here is an example, mine,  I really struggled with going into the ministry, I had seen too much hurt and was really frightened of it, all I
wanted to do was work and serve God in some way.  I was very unfulfilled at that time.  But my father seen something in me that I did
not see or maybe I didn’t want to see or even accept.  One day he called me and started talking to me and he said “Ronald Wayne God has His hand on your life and I can see His anointing on you, will you come to Susanville and work me as my Youth Pastor….”   In my mind & flesh I thought are you kidding me Dad… I could never do what you do, I actually had a hard time talking in front of people …and still to this day unless the anointing is on me I struggle…  I can talk your leg off about things in general and love talking to people in general…

Yet, My Father asked me to pray about it…. I sure did not see what my Father was seeing, but when I got alone with God,  one night He brought back every word He had spoken to me and I laid there crying,  even tho I was really scared, I knew this would have to be God.  As I got to Susanville the task were great and tho He was my father, he now became my mentor and had very strict rules and he expected a lot of me, but, he was there for me every step of the way, God using him to help to form and shape my gifting…

I will never forget the youth group was exploding with many young people getting saved and it was doing great.  One night my father looked at me and he said “tonight you will be going to Prison….”LOL LOL LOL  I thought in my mind, are you nuts, me and convicts… I thought to myself, okay dad, I know you probably thought I would wind up there, but, now you are actually sending me there to minister…?  I am not you, I am just a Youth Pastor…. What do I have to offer these men?  I know I lived a rough life before I got saved, but, Pastor I really think we should think about this, don’t you? I had started with the excuses, and later that night as I was signing in at the front desk well , I realized he meant what he said…And as that huge steel door slammed behind me and you heard the sound of that lock, snap and then the the one that was in front of you the lock would snap and you were seconds from entering the yard, and that long walk to the Chapel, God gave me two men that would go with me Richard and Richard and to this day one of them I am friends with and he will never know what he has meant in my life.  Richard has never heard this story and it’s ending.  That night I do not remember which one was with me, but we went together many many times.  I did not realize how that night would change my life… As I looked out over that rough crowd, my knees literally shaking, men with mean looking faces, huge muscles, and looks of emptiness in their eyes.  I listened to some of the men sing a song called, “My life is like the wind it keeps movin for you Lord…” something inside broke like a river and tears streamed down my face and God spoke to me and said “I have called you to this place…” I thought “Prison…” And as I took the pulpit there was an anointing and I preached on “God’s love.” To this day I have that cassette tape.  As I gave the alter call here they came, white, black, red and brown standing in front of a God who loved them, and God saved them.

Little did I know that the one with the longest hair would look me up in I believe 2000.  It was now  around 2000 and we had just started
registration at our NHCC our school at the Church I pastured in Veneta, Oregon.  My secretary Jim came into my office, “Pastor there is a man out here who wants to see you, I know you are really busy, what should I do?  He says He is sure He knows you, he thinks…”  I turned and said bring him in Jim.  In walked the most clean cut man, in a beautiful suit, tho his hands and knuckles bore the signs of being in a gang… I thought do I know this man… we shook hands…  You are Pastor Ron he asked, “I am he…”  big tears began to well up in his eyes…”you don’t remember do you? “ I softly said no, I am sorry I don’t”  You used to preach at the Susanville Medium Security Prison… I said “Yes, many, many, many, years ago, I was a Youth Pastor ” I am James and he said “God’s Love,”  I got saved that night Pastor… Now I had
tears streaming down my face.. he rushed to me and threw his arms around me, saying thank you Pastor, thank you for bringing that word from God to me…I got saved that night and my life has drastically changed…he was balling, I have looked high and low for you… I seen your ad for registration in your school and I seen your name…and I had to see if it was you.

I want to enroll all eight of my children in your school and I would like for you to meet them…he went out of my office…tears still streaming down my face, then eight beautiful children and his wife came in and he began to introduce them to me… This is the man that brought the Gospel to daddy one night…I am sorry but I could not hold the tears…  Pastor James would be my keynote speaker at our schools first class Graduation and he rocked that Packed house,  as He now shared the Gospel from my pulpit …  Pastor James church was 6 times larger than
mine, but man he was gifted at reaching the hurting…

Why do I share this story?

God needs you to step into your Gifting and do it with all you have for him, someone is waiting for you to bring them the Gospel in the way that only your Gift can present Jesus to them  as Lord and Savior and touch their lives with the Master’s touch… You want fulfillment answer His call,  you will never be able to do it on your own but in Him you can do all things….I would have never thought that one message,
one night, one act of obedience, one act trusting God for my Gift would have produced this beautiful story of God’s Grace to a man who the world had thrown away, but, God he saw the potential and the heart and made the way.  You will never know who God will touch
through you and sometimes we will never know till heaven, but the call is on, when you feel inadequate, God is more than capable all He needs is you to accept His Gifting in your life….May the God of Grace challenge you today and give you His Peace and may you accpet the challenge to thrust the cycle in deep into the Harvest, Let God use your gifting….!!!

Thought for today; Obedience or mere excellence?

Thought for today; Obedience or mere excellence?

Why do we find it so easy to mix our standards, and so difficult to firmly commit to the standard of
obedience?  Most likely, is it because we are use to it.  That we easily tolerate mixed standard in most areas  of lives,

and I think that we become numb to the reality of sin and the convicting power of the Holy Spirit….So we settle…we
don’t call it that,  but we settle for second best and we call it our best, but, what would God call it?

Here is a question for you?

What’s your aim in life if your choices were excellence or obedience?

What’s the difference?

To aim for obedience is to aim for perfection, not for “excellence,” which is actually
something less.

You may be wanting to argue with me about this about this point, but, I just want you to
listen to what I am saying and read the word and then like King Josiah as he
was confronted by the words of God through the Law of Moses, rent His clothes
in shame & conviction, and being grieved by what God said. His nation that was entrusted to

him was steeped in massive idol worship, graven images, shrines and false god worship,

King Josiah got the message of God through His words and the cleansing process began, tear down the images,

brake every image, grind up into dust all molten images, tear down every shrine….He chose Obedience

rather than compromise….His ancestors had done those destestable things and he could have compromised & continued in them, but, he did not,  he chose Gods ways and God’s plan.

Sometimes excellence and obedience appear to be the same… But mere excellence allows room for
mixture, and if you take coke and you add water to it and dilute it’s
components that make it coke, you get water down version of coke that taste
terrible. Why? Because you tampered with the original recipe, you messed with
the original design that made it coke.
Some businesses do this to stretch the amount of profit they get out of
each delivery… But you can tell by taste, by color and even by smell and most
people go …man this taste horrible….

Let me explain it like this…American businesses are in search of excellence we see it
all the time on billboards…. Now they could be in search of perfection, of
course rather excellence – but it seems that perfection is too costly and eats
into the profit margin.  So rather than be perfect, businesses know it’s enough to seem perfect to their
customers.  By stopping short of  perfection, they find a profitable balance between quality and
cost…compromise…mixing of a standard…

To find this balance, they often look to their peers and competitors to discover the, “best
practices of their industry…”

To the Believer the question is this…. How far can we go and still seem perfect?  By how far can we stop short?

Businesses find it profitable to stop short at the middle ground of excellence because perfection
costs too much…

But is it profitable for the Believer to stop short at the middle ground of excellence
where costs to us are low, balanced somewhere between paganism and obedience?
Not at all…

To seem perfect if that is the goal is to stop short of God’s standard of obedience.

In the spiritual realm it’s merely comfortable to seem perfect. It is never

Clearly, excellence isn’t the same as obedience or perfection. The search for excellence
leaves us overwhelmingly vulnerable to snare after snare since it allows room
for mixture.

The search for obedience or perfection does not.

Excellence is a mixed standard, while obedience is a fixed standard.  We have to fix our eyes upon the fixed
standard and be like a bulldog and not let go of it…

Because when we don’t the next question you will be asking yourself is this;

“How far can I go and still be called a Christian?”

When the questions should be;

“How Holy can I be as a Christian?”

Has your wife ever asked you is this to tight?

And faced with hurting her feelings or being truthful (and there is a way to be truthful
and not be mean or hurtful…

We are then faced with the daunting task of what do I say?

Do I modify the truth and thereby save her feelings and I do not want her to get

Or do you seek obedience to God and be honest and tell the truth in love?

To modify truth to avoid unpleasantness surely it is okay in this instance and God would
understand because He loves my wife, right?

What would you do?

Would you modify truth?

It is for certain a lot of us can speak Christianese… and it certainly sounds excellent
to modify truth, and we can even justify it by not wanting to hurt another

You see it is one thing to know Christian truth, but it is another to live Christian
truths and values that bring us into Obedience or Perfection in and through

I know these are hard words to hear, but would you rather me be honest and upfront and
explain the word of God as He has been challenging me, which is to leave the
place of Excellence and strive for Obedience,  or would you rather me to tell you
what strokes the strings of the heart and mind, and wind up in hell because of
a desire to be accepted, loved by me. I would rather speak truth and people have been mad at me

at times becuase of what I have preached or written , I have come to that place of I must obey God read what Paul wrote to Timothy.

2 Timothy 4:3 For the time will come
when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they
heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;

The message bible – 2 Timothy 4:3-5

You’re going to find that there will be times when people will have no stomach for
solid teaching, but will fill up on spiritual junk food—catchy opinions that
tickle their fancy. They’ll turn their backs on truth and chase mirages. But
you—keep your eye on what you’re doing; accept the hard times along with the
good; keep the Message alive; do a thorough job as God’s servant.

2 Peter 3:3  Knowing this first, that there shall come in
the last days scoffers, walking after their own lusts,

For me you give me a man or woman that has the boldness to speak hard truths, I want all
of God I can get and I for one do not want to wind up in a lukewarm state and
for God to spew me out of His mouth, those are His words not mine…. I want to
hear Him say well done thou good and faithful servant enter in….His words not
mine…but that is my heart desire…

Churches by the thousands are preaching the Gospel of accommodation, rather than preaching
the Gospel with Pentecostal Fire and with conviction… What amazes me is that Peter preached with
fire and told it like it was and thousands were saved…. He wasn’t guarding His
words or mincing them either, he was not preaching a Gospel of accommodation;
he was preaching a Gospel of Salvation!!!

It is almost like whatever happened to “Sin” being preached and confronted in the believers
life in church, home bible study or personal study?

Peter was not concerned with being politically correct….

If anyone knew what it was like to settle for excellence it was him…. “you are one of
them as the cock crowed….”  “ I don’t know what you are talking about,”“NO I am not…” “Your speech betrays you…He
began to curse and swear saying, I know not the man”  And he like King Josiah when faced the the
words of God, he wept bitterly… matthew26:69-75 then read Luke 24:44-49

Key scripture here for me is verse 45 Then opened He their understanding, that they
might understand the scriptures…

Oh God open my understanding so that I too might understand the scriptures written in your
word and Obey them…Seeking Obedience in and through you….open my eyes Lord….
Help me Father God to take captive any and every thought that would tempt me to
comprise my relationship with you and your word… Let the message of the Cross
so move me that I not settle for second best, but, be determined to lay ahold
of that which is before me, pressing toward the mark of the prize of the High
Calling in Christ Jesus…

back a Dios.

The Joy of Fellowship

It is through loving fellowship that we all grow in Love and Knowledge and strength so that we may do His will and be pleasing to our Lord God.

As Christ centered believers who come together to praise, worship and fellowship both socially and spiritually in Christ Jesus that we are able to work as one body to do the great commission and spread the good news of the Gospel throughout all corners of this world. If you desire to grow and honor Christ…

We encourage you to join us in our social forums and perhaps even preach, teach or share your blessings with us as a blogger proclaiming Christ.

For it is through the spreading of His love and the love for all Christian believers even if we may have minor doctrinal differences that we glorify God and can unify the full body of Christ and prepare disciples and perhaps avoid becoming a casualty of deception in these end days.

1 John 1

Introduction, The Incarnate Word (New American Standard Bible)

1 What was from the beginning, what we have heard, what we have seen with our eyes, what we have looked at and touched with our hands, concerning the Word of Life— 2 and the life was manifested, and we have seen and testify and proclaim to you the eternal life, which was with the Father and was manifested to us— 3 what we have seen and heard we proclaim to you also, so that you too may have fellowship with us; and indeed our fellowship is with the Father, and with His Son Jesus Christ4 These things we write, so that our joy may be made complete.

Youth in Christ

Children, are they important? Who are they? Who will shape the future?

Children are the future, which means they are Very important. But do they shape the future or do their teachers shape the future?

God tells the Israelites in Deuteronomy,” “These words, which I am commanding you today, shall be on your heart. “You shall teach them diligently to your sons and shall talk of them when you sit in your house and when you walk by the way and when you lie down and when you rise up. “You shall bind them as a sign on your hand and they shall be as frontals on your forehead. “You shall write them on the doorposts of your house and on your gates.”

Proclaimers for Christ takes the raising of disciples and our future generation extremely seriously and is fully committed to provide our total support to all of the youth who keep Christ at the center of their hearts. In His Service – P.U.S.H.

A man was sleeping one night in his cabin when suddenly his room filled with light, and God appeared.  The Lord told the man he had work for him to do, and showed him a large rock in front of his cabin.

The Lord explained that the man was to push against the rock with all his might.  So, this the man did, day after day.

For many years he toiled from sun up to sundown, his shoulders set squarely against the cold, massive surface of the unmoving rock, pushing with all his might!

Each night the man returned to his cabin sore and worn out, feeling that his whole day had been spent in vain.

Since the man was showing discouragement, the Adversary (Satan) decided to enter the picture by placing thoughts into the weary mind:  (He will do it every time)!

“You have been pushing against that rock for a long time and it hasn’t moved.”  Thus, he gave the man the impression that the task was impossible and that he was a failure.

These thoughts discouraged and disheartened the man.  Satan said,  ”Why kill yourself over this?  Just put in your time, giving just the minimum effort, and that will be good enough.”

That’s what the weary man planned to do, but decided to make it a matter of prayer and to take his troubled thoughts to the Lord.  ”Lord,”  he said,  ”I have labored long and hard in your service, putting all my strength to do that which you have asked.  Yet, after all this time, I have not even budged that rock by half a millimeter.  What is wrong?  Why am I failing?”

The Lord responded compassionately,  ”My friend, when I asked you to serve Me and you accepted, I told you that your task was to push against the rock with all of your strength, which you have done.  Never once did I mention to you that I expected you to move it.  Your task was to push.  And now you come to Me with your strength spent, thinking that you have failed.

But, is that really so?  Look at yourself.  Your arms are strong and muscled, your back shiny and brown, your hands are calloused from constant pressure, your legs have become massive and hard.

Through opposition you have grown much, and your abilities now surpass that which you used to  have.

True, you haven’t moved the rock.  But your calling was to be obedient and to push and to exercise your faith and trust in My wisdom.  That you have done.   Now I, my friend, will move the rock.”

At times, when we hear a word from God, we tend to use our own intellect to decipher what He wants, when actually what God wants is just simple obedience and faith in Him.

By all means, exercise the faith that moves mountains, but know that it is still God who moves the mountains.
